学术报告一:Global smooth rigidity for toral automorphisms

报告摘要:We study regularity of a conjugacy between a hyperbolic or partially hyperbolic toral automorphism $L$ and a $C^\infty$ diffeomorphism $f$ of the torus. For a very weakly irreducible hyperbolic automorphism $L$ we show that any $C^1$ conjugacy is $C^\infty$. For a very weakly irreducible ergodic partially hyperbolic automorphism $L$ we show that any $C^{1+\text{H\"older}}$ conjugacy is $C^\infty$. As a corollary, we improve regularity of the conjugacy to $C^\infty$ in prior local and global rigidity results. This is a joint work with B. Kalinin and V. Sadovskaya.
报告人简介:密歇根州立大学副教授,2010年在宾州州立大学取得博士学位。主要研究方向为动力系统,在 Jornal of modern dynamics and Ergodic theory and dynamical systems 等动力系统学期刊发表10余篇论文。
学术报告二:Dynamical zeta function for partially hyperbolic systems

报告摘要:We will discuss a dynamically defined zeta function for partially hyperbolic systems. This is a generalization of the classical Ruelle zeta function for Anosov (more generally Axiom A) diffeomorphisms/flows, which may reflect dynamical invariants such as entropy and pressure, as well as the geometry/topology of the manifolds. This talk is based on an ongoing project with my student Qiujie Qiao.
